Connecting with Community
To foster farm-community harmony, trust-building is crucial. We believe in sharing knowledge and supporting community-driven change, not imposed by self-declared elitists. Unfortunately, western governments and international institutions have lost credibility. We aim to return decision-making authority to the community, rejecting abusive powers. Together, we create a harmonious, responsible, and free atmosphere for all.
Learning Permaculture
Our team not only contributes to work but also gains financial independence. We share permaculture knowledge in Thailand to reduce daily expenses, improving livelihoods, produce quality, and health benefits. Once our academy is ready, we'll offer permaculture courses. Join us in this exciting endeavor!
Meet Our Team
Our journey started with local villagers' support as they pitched in, despite being over 60 and unable to handle certain tasks. Eventually, we welcomed Burmese workers, mostly war refugees, into our team. Together, we form a diverse, compassionate, and dedicated group committed to maintaining a thriving farm all year-round! The embeddedness in the local community is the basis of the acceptance and distribution of our problem-solving natural farming practices within the common farming communities surrounding our plots.
New Additions
In WOODYLAND we strive to combine and mimic natural plant ecosystems and combine them with complementary animal raising practices. Our vibrant farm family has welcomed six adorable piglets, marking a significant milestone in our journey. In just five years, our pig population has flourished, growing from a modest three to a robust nineteen. Join us in celebrating this testament to vitality and progress on the farm.

FREEDOM FARM ACADEMY
Freedom Farm Academy is a 150+ Rai Campus and features organic and regenerative farming designed using permaculture magic.
Located in Chiang Rai, Phan Area, the farm relies on an extensive and intricate pond system to manage our most precious resource, water. The picturesque ponds manage water in the wet season and store it in the dry season.
