PERMACULTURE – TURN CHALLENGES INTO OPPORTUNITIES
Thai farmers, like so many of their global peers, confront a harsh reality. Trapped in an inequitable system, with non-sensical and arbitrary regulations based on the new world religion of climatism, they hover near poverty with not many ways out. Corporate dependency begets debt and polluting practices, tainting air, water, and soil.
Thai agriculture centers on rice, but high costs and low-quality yields, meager profits, resembling modern servitude. However, within these challenges lie opportunities. In permaculture, "the problem is the solution." This design ethos, born in 1970s Australia, mirrors nature's wisdom and leads straight into the , fostering of self-sufficiency and abundance. Minimal tech, rational water storage and deployment as well as natural soil recovering fertilization, and seed-saving harvesting empower farmers. Permaculture through harmony with nature and mimicking of nature’s miraculous systems, provides a promising alternative for Thai farmers' struggles.
